Mishustin has promised to support the employment of students in DFO

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin promised that the government will work to encourage students in the far East to stay and study and work in their regions.

Monday Mishustin held a meeting on the situation in the labour market. During the meeting the head of government asked the Governor of the Amur region, Vasily Orlov, who drew attention that the students of the far Eastern regions go to study in the Central regions and remain there to work.

The Governor has proposed several solutions to this problem: collaboration with the leading universities of the country, support for far Eastern universities, as well as programs, the terms of which require the return of students after training in their region for future employment.

"Concerning suggestions associated with the interaction with universities, I don't know if the interaction with the brand in such understanding in the country - the Moscow universities to keep graduates from migration if they already planned to move somewhere. But certainly we will have to maintain in suggestions that as many as possible to do relevant activities related to encourage children to learn, to stay and work in the far East," - said Mishustin.

The Prime Minister asked the Governor to formulate relevant proposals and discuss them with the Minister of education and science Valeriy Volkovym.
