In the state Duma assessed the extension of EU sanctions against Russia
. State Duma Deputy Ruslan Balbec commented on the EU's decision to extend the anti-Russian restrictive measures for six months.
Previously, the Council extended sanctions against Russia, adopted in connection with the events 2014 in Ukraine.
According to the politician, in Moscow used that Washington dictates to the European partners, despite the pandemic crisis and other factors.
"For us it is already familiar, but for the European farmers and Industrialists who may have hoped to improve economic relations with Russia, it's a rather unpleasant" — quoted parliamentarian RT.
The EU introduced restrictive measures against Russian and Crimean politicians and officials March 17, 2014. Later the sanctions list was expanded. It includes 175 individuals and 44 organizations.
