SRS suggested Mishustin to consider the extension of benefits for teachers

Faction "Fair Russia" on the eve of the report of the government of the Russian Federation in the state Duma sent questions to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, SRS, in particular, interested in the extension of benefits for teachers and concessional lending to small businesses, said the leader SR Sergey Mironov.

The state Duma plans on 22 July to hear the report of the government of the Russian Federation on operations in 2019.

"Sent questions to the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in preparation for the governmental hour per the state Duma. They affect very different areas of life - education, health, pensions, housing and construction", - quotes Mironov's press service.

The leader of the CP said that in June, the group proposes to consider the elimination of the mandatory medical insurance Fund. Mironov noted that "Fair Russia" offers to be based on the budget system expenditure planning with the incentive payments and would like to know the opinion mishustina on this issue.

According to him, teachers should be provided the same benefits as civil servants.

SRS also sent Mishustin questions, concerning carrying out of obligatory certification of imported products. "The government seems to be doing much to restore order with certification of imported products, but a lot of questions. Still a large number of organizations continue to issue certificates of conformity without testing. For this reason, we are interested in which will soon be taken to strengthen control in this sphere?", - said Mironov.

According to the leader of the CP, the issues also relate to rates of preferential crediting of small and average business.

"In 2019, the government has fixed it at 8.5%. Since then, she has not changed, although the key rate of the Bank of Russia at the moment already makes 4.5%. Deputies "Fair Russia" offer to lend to small and medium business on the level "the key rate of the Bank of Russia 2%," - said Mironov.
