"We must now begin to draw conclusions about that if we, conditionally speaking, a reduced number of lost our operating efficiency, the question is, do we have to have so many employees? And in this sense it was a very good litmus test... the test of relevance and necessity. There are, of course, people who are unable to adapt to interactive online communication and in some way lost its effectiveness, while there are examples where the efficiency of professionals has even increased," - said the head of the USC.
