Saakashvili said that in Ukraine there is no state

In Ukraine there is no state, it ousted Ukrainian officials, said the head of the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian national Council of reforms, the former Governor of the Odessa region and the ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili.

"In Ukraine there is no state. In Ukraine there are officials who (are) the name of a nonexistent state. Because the government is that for all that provides justice for all, which protects all. Where this exists in Ukraine? In Ukraine there is a bunch of bureaucrats, each group of these officials has his head" — quoted Saakashvili website of the TV channel "Украина24".

He also said that the quality of life in Ukraine is strictly determined by the belonging to a certain group.

"Man is born with a chip on the ear: I am a representative of the group of this group. The man walks legs, arms, two eyes, normally speaks, and the ear chip, saying that I represent this specific group. As if people are born with it. Where is the state? State simply no," he said.
