Any expression of the propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations among minors in Russia is unacceptable, said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, answering the question on how to assess in the Kremlin posted on the U.S. Embassy, the flag of the LGBT community.

"We in the Kremlin do not see the American Embassy, this is the first. But, sure enough, it sees our Ministry of foreign Affairs, I think that the Ministry of foreign Affairs drew attention to it. In any case, any expression of the propaganda of nontraditional sexual minorities and so on (among minors) in our country the law is unacceptable," - said Peskov.
Putin in 2013 signed a law banning gay propaganda among children. Ordinary Russians it is threatened with the penalty to 5 thousand rubles, officials — to 50 thousand, legal entities — up to a million. Even tougher penalties for such propaganda "using the media or Internet." Meanwhile, Putin has repeatedly stated that the rights of the LGBT community in Russia no prejudice.
