In the state Duma proposed to establish payments for refusal of place in a kindergarten

State Duma Deputy Vasily Vlasov sent a letter to the Minister of education Sergey Kravtsov with the proposal to set up a monthly payment for families who would refuse a place in a kindergarten, writes the RT TV channel.

Vlasov proposes to give parents the right to refuse a place in a kindergarten, required by law, the benefit of getting monthly payments in the amount of regional minimum wage for the period during which their child could be in the institution of preschool education.

If parents will change their decision, they will have the opportunity to get back in line for a legitimate place in the kindergarten, refusing payment.

The MP believes that this initiative will help to significantly reduce queues at kindergartens, because, those parents who have with whom to leave the child, may prefer the additional monthly payment.

This will help families who need to leave the child in a kindergarten, will be able much easier to implement that right.
