Milorad Dodik met with Putin and Shoigu in Moscow

The Serb representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik, during a personal meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday discussed bilateral cooperation and congratulated the defense Minister Sergei Shoigu for the successful organization of the parade, told RIA Novosti Dodik.

"Everything was dedicated to the Victory parade, the memories of those war days, the suffering experienced by the Serbian and Russian peoples. Also had the opportunity to discuss our plans for this year, the issues that concern our bilateral cooperation," - said Dodik, answering the question about the topics discussed during the meeting with Putin in Moscow.

"Russia and the Republika Srpska have cooperated very well, and we are grateful to Russia for the cooperation that we provide in all areas, including the economy, culture, education, and health care... for us it is a very important partner in political issues because it is a member of the Council for the introduction of peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Council for the implementation of the General framework agreement for peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina - ed.)", - said the Agency interlocutor.

Dodik added that under the Protocol it was also an opportunity to meet with the Minister of defense. "And I had the opportunity to congratulate Mr Shoigu with such a successful organization of the parade. Of course, thanks to this Minister, as Shoigu, Russia regained its position in the international strategic plan, and this, of course, betrays the value of everything that makes Russia led by Vladimir Putin," - said Dodik.

Member of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Serbs Milorad Dodik on Wednesday called for the Victory parade in Moscow.
