The US has offered Russia to discuss not covered by the start-3 arsenals

Working groups, on which Russia and the United States agreed in Vienna should include weapons not covered by start-3, said Wednesday to journalists by the special representative of the President of the United States arms control Marshall Billingsley.

So he answered the question about messages in the media that the Russian side in the framework of group on nuclear arsenals and doctrine allegedly agreed to discuss only the doctrine.

Russian-American consultations on strategic stability issues took place in Vienna on 22-23 June.
