In Uzbekistan, the number of cases COVID-19 reached 6.5 thousand
The number of infected with the coronavirus in Uzbekistan over the past day has increased by 142 persons and reached 6.5 thousand, has informed on Tuesday a press-service of the Ministry of health of the country.
In Uzbekistan on 15 March revealed the first Republic in the case COVID-19. By Monday morning the number of reported cases was 6358, 19 patients died, 4377 recovered. Earlier, the President of the country Shavkat Mirziyoev said that the situation with the coronavirus in the country is becoming more complex, it is necessary to strengthen vigilance in the fight against the pandemic.
According to the health Ministry, the total number recovered from coronavirus in Uzbekistan increased to 4450. On Monday, the hospital were discharged and 73 people on Sunday – 87, on Saturday, -17. Now on treatment there are 2031 patients with COVID-19, including 15 in serious condition, four in critical.
The Uzbek authorities extended the quarantine in the Republic before August 1. All regions are divided into "zones" depending on the distribution COVID-19 - "red" most dangerous, "yellow" and "green", free of the virus. At the same quarantine conditions began to soften in late April: the population was allowed to walk near the house, for weddings and other celebrations, eased restrictions on the use of personal vehicles.
