Iran will start negotiations on compensation due to the collapse of Boeing Ukrainian
The Iranian foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in telephone talks with his canadian counterpart Francois-Philippe Champagne agreed to start negotiations on compensation for damage in connection to the incident in January in Tehran plane crash "Ukraine International airlines", said canadian foreign Ministry.
"The Minister (of foreign Affairs of Iran) Zarif pledged that Iran, without further delay, send the flight recorders to France for analysis. Iran will talk in detail about the progress on this issue at the meeting of the International civil aviation organization this week," reads the statement.
"He (Iranian foreign Minister) also agreed to start negotiations on compensation and to provide updated information to Canada and other countries at the next meeting of the international group for the coordination and response", - stressed in the Department.
On Monday, Iranian foreign Ministry announced that Iran in the next few days will be sent to France black boxes from the downed Tehran under the Ukrainian aircraft.
Earlier the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with the canadian newspaper Globe and Mail said that Kyiv will appeal to the international court, if Iran does not fulfill its obligations in connection with the downed Boeing.
