Expert: the US goal is not to leave alone the Xinjiang and Central Asia

In the United States 17 June, adopted the so-called "Act on the policy of human rights against the Uyghurs 2020", the aim of which is gross interference in China's internal Affairs and tarnish the image of a harmonious and prosperous situation in Xinjiang. It should be noted that the so-called "Bill Xinjiang" made a specific mention of ethnic Kazakhs and Kyrgyz, who live in China and in the countries of Central Asia - this was done in order to drive a wedge in China's relations with neighbors in the region.

China and Central Asian countries are good neighbors, good friends and reliable partners. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, bordering China have a common border stretching more than 3000 kilometers. Between them is established historically close relationship, and current relationship positive and take into account the real situation in each country. In 2016, after the death of the first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, the region has entered a stage of reform and regime change. At this time, the adherents of the "Three evils" (extremism, separatism and terrorism) organized and conducted a series of terrorist attacks, violating peace and stability in the region of Central Asia, including in Xinjiang of China. "Three evil forces" have become the common enemy of mankind. Combating China has consistently initiates and actively pursues. China harshly suppresses violent terrorist crimes, to ensure maximum protection of the basic rights and interests of all ethnic groups living in Xinjiang. Simultaneously, the region is also famous for strict measures to address soil for the growth of terrorism and extremism. This is the first. And secondly, China and Central Asian countries will intensify cooperation in the sphere of security in the SCO framework, deterring the return of terrorists from the Middle East to Afghanistan, Central Asia and neighboring regions, preventing the IG on the creation in Central Asia of the province of "Khorasan province".

Central Asian countries also have a negative attitude to the so-called "Bill of the USA on Xinjiang". 12 July 2019, the permanent representatives of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and other Muslim countries in Geneva are collectively sent a letter to the chair of the UN Council on human rights (HRC), in which he praised China's achievements in human rights development and the fight against terrorism in the region. Uzbekistan is willing to become a member of the HRC 2021-2023 years, have repeatedly recognized the success of China in the management of Xinjiang and supports the measures taken deradicalization. The foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan in 2018-2019, at the request of its citizens conducted a study of the situation of ethnic Kyrgyz in China, the results of which showed that the rights of Kyrgyz in China are fully protected and no cases of disappearance were recorded (otherwise the US state). In 2019 at the summit of heads of SCO member States, the President of Kyrgystan, Sooronbai Jeenbekov gave a high assessment to the dynamic development of China, including Xinjiang, which borders with Kyrgyzstan. In December 2019, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in an interview with German media confirmed that ethnic Kazakhs in Xinjiang is the Chinese citizens. A number of Western countries and organizations under the pretext of human rights provide gross misinformation. "Vocational training centres", established in Xinjiang, is the educational institutions rather than the re-education camps, as they are described by the Western media. Kazakhstan opposes demonizing China, but China never interfered and does not interfere in the internal Affairs of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan behaves similarly.

Analysts argue that the so-called American "Bill on Xinjiang" is an important part of the global strategy of Washington. From the point of view of world politics, the US does not intend to change the position to reduce the global strategy. Adopted in February of this year, "the New U.S. strategy for Central Asia" and the US signing a peace agreement in March with the group "Taliban" showed the world that Washington has a lot of aspirations, but the forces for their implementation are not enough. From the point of view of regional policy, based on the Convention relating to the status of stateless persons and the Convention on the reduction of statelessness, the United States under the pretext of "democracy and human rights" has forced Central Asian countries to accept refugees from Afghanistan and the Middle East, which may have been relatives or relatives of terrorists. From the point of view of public policy, Washington is trying with the help of the so-called "acts in Xinjiang" to slander China, tends to grossly interfere in the internal Affairs of China, not to leave alone the Xinjiang, nor the whole of Central Asia.

The population of Xinjiang knows how best to govern the area. In recent years, there is stability and prosperity, marked socio-economic growth, there was serious terrorist attacks, a fact that Western countries cannot be ignored. Central Asian countries have China's support on issues of Xinjiang, which demonstrates the traditional friendship and mutual trust at a high level.

China and Central Asian countries have made joint efforts to create a more secure Foundation with the goal of boosting shared prosperity and establishing a regional community of a shared destiny.
