The Saratov Deputy has explained why swearing at the session of the Duma

The Chairman of the culture Committee of the Saratov regional Duma Dmitry Chernyshevsky (EP) said it was ready to be held accountable for the use of profanity at the meeting, and considered unacceptable such expressions in the Parliament.

Earlier, the Deputy of regional Duma from the Communist party Nikolai Bondarenko has published in his YouTube channel a video with the meeting of the working group of the Committee on culture of the Duma, where there was emotional discussion of the initiative of the Communists to declare October 28, the Day of the Saratov aircraft manufacturers. At the meeting, one of the Communists have accused United Russia in the collapse of the Saratov aviation plant, and in the midst of the discussion, the Deputy Chernyshevsky stood up and replied mate.

He explained the abusive and aggressive behaviour of deputies from the faction of the Communist party.

Earlier, the head of the culture Committee of the Saratov regional Duma Alevtina Losin (EP) has told RIA Novosti that her colleague Chernyshevsky resorted to unparliamentary expressions on the meeting of the relevant working group, having given in on provocation by opposition deputies, has become unreasonable to blame the EP in the collapse of an aircraft factory in Saratov. Losin regrets that it happened, and to appeal to the credentials Committee Chernyshevsky will not. According to the head of the Committee, she wrote a complaint to the credentials Committee at the Deputy from the Communist party Vladimir Yesipov made a her rudeness at this meeting.

Secretary of the Saratov regotdeleniya EP, Duma Deputy Nikolai Pankov, commenting on the incident, said RIA Novosti that the "United Russia" do not welcome the use of offensive language by MPs and urged not to succumb to provocations of opponents. According to him, such a situation should be considered by the Commission on ethics. He said that Chernyshevsky suspended its membership in the EP in 2008, but remains part of the faction in the Duma.
