Albania will resume flights from June 22
International flights will resume in Albania on 22 June, three months after the suspension of flights due to the spread of coronavirus, according to the newspaper Albanian Daily News, citing a government statement.
Albania has only one international airport located in the district of the capital Tirana, near the village of Rinas.
The publication notes that all airlines must ensure compliance with the rules of hygiene and social distance in the aircraft.
"From June 22, 2020, will begin regular international flights in accordance with the schedule, which will approve and notify the civil aviation authority ... the Company should take the necessary measures to ensure that booking flights at the international airport of Tirana and from it", - reads the statement of the Ministry of infrastructure and energy, which results in the publication.
According to the latest data of the Ministry of health of Albania, in the country revealed the 1891 case of infection with coronavirus, of this number 1126 cases recovered and 43 died. Most cases are recorded in the capital Tirana – there is ill, 336 people.
