The President of Turkmenistan will not be able to attend the Victory parade in Moscow

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin said that will not be able to attend the Victory parade in Moscow, said on Friday the Turkmen TV.

According to the Turkmen leader, due to the fact that on June 29 he will be 63 years that is considered the age of the prophet Muhammad. Traditionally, the Turkmen people have this important event is celebrated in a family circle. But due to the quarantine measures, where everyone arriving into the country from abroad is a two-week withdrawal, currently, the visit to Russia is impossible.

The head of state told his Russian counterpart that in the celebrations in Moscow will be attended by the governmental delegation of Turkmenistan headed by Minister of defense major General Behence by Gundogdiev.

Berdimuhamedov congratulated Putin with the celebrations dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war, and expressed regret that I will not be able to personally attend the parade in Moscow.
