The court set the date for oral arguments in the case Serebrennikov

Petty-bourgeois court of Moscow on June 22 appointed debate of the parties on the work of Director Kirill Serebrennikov, who is accused of embezzling allocated for the implementation of the project "Platform" of money, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.

"The court is in recess to prepare for the debate of the parties until June 22, 11.00," said the judge Olesya Mendeleev in the course of the meeting.

It is expected that in the course of the debate, the Prosecutor will call the punishment which considers fair for the defendants.

The project "the Seventh Studio", from the Federal budget were allocated 216 million rubles. When it took over the RF IC, the first examination has estimated the damage at 133 million rubles, the second found that the defendants, on the contrary, I saved money the Ministry of culture. The third examination, the conclusions of which were announced on 1 June, estimated the damage at 128 million.

Theft in the implementation of the project "Platform", according to investigators, was organized by the Director Kirill Serebrennikov with producers Alexey Malopolski and Yuri Etenim, as well as a former employee of the Ministry of culture Sofia Apfelbaum. Guilty themselves they do not recognize.
