Russia hopes that the implementation of the agreement between the United States and the radical movement "Taliban" will lead to the complete withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan and the achievement of inter-Afghan reconciliation, said the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
"We believe that the implementation of the us-Taliban agreement, let me remind you that it was signed on February 29 this year in Doha, will lead to the complete withdrawal of foreign forces and achieving national inter-Afghan reconciliation," Zakharova said at the briefing.
