EP announced significant amendments to the bill on "udalenke"
The second reading of the bill on the regulation of remote work will be substantial revisions to find a compromise between trade unions and employers, said the first Deputy Chairman of the faction EP Andrey Isaev.
The faction United Russia in the Duma had previously prepared a draft law "On amendments to the Labour code of the Russian Federation". It provides a systematic processing rules remote operation, the availability of their application, the possibility of combining office and remote work. On Tuesday, the bill was introduced in the state Duma.
The current version of the bill, according to him, in some way not satisfied with the unions, to some extent employers.
"If to speak in General terms, employers believe that the bill is too heavily regulated and many would like more than we do now, to pay for regulation through contracts. Unions rather believe that it is insufficiently regulated and want us to be increasingly regulated," - said the MP.
According to him, the authors of the bill try to meet different suggestions and that side and other. In particular, for example, from the first edition, removed detail concerning the time of the telephone conversation with the employee.
The adoption of the bill in the first reading, according to Isaeva, will also be made a decision according to which the relevant Committee will conduct a revision of the draft law.
"It is clear that, most likely, the head will have to be mounted in a section of the Labour code. Separately to prescribe certain provisions, e.g. provisions on the simplified procedure of temporary remote remote work," he said.
