The Moscow city court will consider the complaint of the administrator of "police Ombudsman" Khudyakov
The Moscow city court on Wednesday will consider the complaint of protection to arrest of the administrator of a public "Ombudsman police" Igor Khudyakov, who is accused of distributing pornography, reported RIA Novosti his lawyer Maxim Pashkov.
"The complaint is scheduled for June 17 at 15.05", - said the Agency interlocutor.
Earlier, the Tver court Khudyakov sent to custody till 22 July.
Khudyakov is wrapped with a crime under paragraphs "a", "b" of part 3 of article 242 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (Illicit manufacturing and trafficking of pornographic materials by a group of persons). As reported by the lawyer, the case concerns the publication on the public intimate photos of the wearer's social network "Vkontakte" in 2018. The case is investigated by the investigative Directorate of the Moscow division.
Khudyakov – the administrator of the community, "police Ombudsman", which founder is in jail, Vladimir Vorontsov. Before it was reported that the house Khudyakov in Vologda were searched.
The Tver court of Moscow on may 8 concluded Vorontsov into custody on charges of extortion of 300 thousand rubles group of persons. According to police of Moscow, Vorontsov in October 2017 extorted 300 thousand rubles from the former Metropolitan police officer, threatening to publish intimate photos. In the end, as the police said, damaging the images were published online, in particular, on the public Vorontsov.
Earlier it became known that Vorontsov brought one more criminal case - on pornography. In the Moscow interior Ministry reported that it was initiated after the statement of the woman who demanded to bring to responsibility spread her intimate photos. The investigators found that in September 2018, the Creator and administrator of groups in social networks "by prior conspiracy with unidentified persons organized on these Internet sites, public display and distribution of pornographic photographs". The access to them was provided to the panellists.
Vorontsov is positioning its project "police Ombudsman" as a human rights and aimed at defending the interests of rank and file employees of the interior Ministry. In "Vkontakte" the project has more than 380 thousand subscribers in the Telegram and Instagram – a total of almost 150 thousand.
