The CEC has updated the recommendations for the sanitary safety of voting
The CEC has published updated recommendations for election commissions for the prevention of risks associated with the spread of the coronavirus in the preparation and conducting of the nationwide voting on amendments to the Constitution, including the issuance of the voters of the sanitary kit with a disposable mask, gloves and individual pen.
As noted in the document, the recommendations are consistent with the CPS and approved by the chief sanitary doctor of Russia Anna Popova.
"Before passing to the room (place) of the vote shall be equipped with a paragraph that provides: disinfection of the hands of voters, issuing the voter a sanitary kit including a disposable mask, gloves and individual pen", - stated in the document.
States that on the approach to the premises for voting must be arranged temperature control sites should be equipped with contactless thermometers.
For members of election commissions should also provide personal protective equipment, including disposable masks, gloves, protective shields for the face, antiseptics and disinfectants for the treatment of hands and surfaces.
