The Department of health of the state of Washington has published a report which notes the increasing activity of coronavirus in the state.
According to a press release on the Agency's website, the greatest concern was the situation in the Eastern part of the state, where as at the end of may marked increase in the incidence of transmission of coronavirus. It is, in particular, about the counties of Benton, Franklin, Spokane and Yakima.
It is noted, moreover, that "there is a slight increase" in the number of cases of infections and in the Western part of the state.
According to a press release, the increase in the number of cases of infections can be associated with the celebration of memorial Day, however, the report could not be accounted for by the probable increase in the number of infections resulting from the recent protests.
