The analyst evaluated the statements of Kiev about the worthlessness of the Minsk agreements
Statements of Kiev about the worthlessness of the Minsk agreements from the international legal point of view, first, talk about the level of education of the Ukrainian elite, and, secondly, of weakness, so as to cancel those agreements, they can not, or will disappear grounds for sanctions against Russia, said RIA Novosti, the Russian political scientist Andrei Suzdaltsev.
On Friday Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories Alexey Reznikov said that the Minsk agreements are worthless from the international legal point of view, however, the Belarusian capital is to be used as a platform for the conflict settlement in the Donbass.
"Saying that it's useless documents, we must remember that this is not a Protocol as, for example, the Budapest Memorandum, a full-fledged agreement, which stated the self-proclaimed Republic, under it there are signatures of the guarantor countries – Russia, France and Germany (along with Ukraine – ed.). And most importantly – the document registered in the UN. That is, it is a document of international law. Therefore, such statements say about the level of education and training of the current Ukrainian elite," said Suzdaltsev.
Apparently, he added, the Ukrainian authorities have not even pulled to the level of the first course of the international faculty.
"And another very important point: the Ukrainian side is not very popular with the Minsk agreement, because they cannot be undone and cannot be changed. They should be performed. They understand that if they make the points, then there is the Amnesty complete and not selective... That is, to run they can not but cancel too, since all sanctions imposed against Russia, based on the Minsk agreements. Because if agreements are revoked, then lost the grounds for sanctions", - concluded the analyst.
