Scientists have described the conditions conducive to the spread COVID-19

Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 just spreads faster in the regions with dry and cool climate. This is stated in the study, an international group of scientists published in the journal of the American medical Association JAMA Network Open.

In the study, researchers estimated how the virus has spread to 50 cities around the world. Among them, they identified eight cities where the infection is passed from person to person "significant pace" is Wuhan, Tokyo, Daegu, godfather, Milan, Paris, Seattle and Madrid. The data were taken as of tenth day of March.

The researchers noticed that all of these cities are located in the range of 30-50 degrees North latitude.

It also conforms to the southern and Northern borders of the continental United States. In cities located on the "strip" during the peak of the spread of coronavirus, the weather was about the same – from five to ten degrees with relative humidity 44-84 percent.

He also noted that this hypothesis remains to be tested, and the best way to do this is to explore the behaviour of the virus in the laboratory, where scientists can monitor climate change.

According to who, the world COVID-19 sick more than 7.2 million people, more than 413 thousand were killed. The ten States most vulnerable to infection are: USA, Brazil, Russia, India, UK, Spain, Italy, Peru, France and Germany.
