In the Tula region extended mode isolation for people over 65 years

Authorities in Tula region have extended until June 22, mode isolation for people over 65, introduced on 4 April because of the situation with coronavirus infection, said on Thursday the regional government.

Appropriate amendments to the decree No. 41 "On additional measures in connection with the introduction of high alert in the territory of Tula region" introduced June 11, the Governor Alexey Dyumin.

"The compulsory isolation for people over 65 years is extended to 22nd of June", - stated in the message.

It is noted that this requirement does not apply to employees of bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government of the region, election commissions, enterprises and organizations whose activities are not suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and Tula region.

"In the updated version of the document, the number of participants of official events increased to 50 people. If use of means of individual protection of respiratory organs and preliminary disinfection of the venue," - said in the message.

In the Tula region during the pandemic COVID-19 was confirmed in 5047 people, the number recovered has increased to 2961.
