Balbec assessed the plans of Romania to recognize Russia as a hostile country

Russia does not view Romania as an enemy, Bucharest straining the situation in the Black sea region, mistakenly thinking his Russian foe, told RIA Novosti on Wednesday the Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation of Crimea Ruslan Balbec.

Earlier, the Supreme defence Council of Romania, headed by the President Klaus Iohannis approved a draft national defense strategy of the country in 2020-2024 years, where in the section "threats" mentioned and Russia. The MP noted that Romania has "sucked from the finger" a mythical Russian threat. "We are neighbors, we have nothing to share, obviously, the Bucharest just wants to please Washington, making such statements," said Balbec.
