Balbec assessed the plans of Romania to recognize Russia as a hostile country
Russia does not view Romania as an enemy, Bucharest straining the situation in the Black sea region, mistakenly thinking his Russian foe, told RIA Novosti on Wednesday the Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation of Crimea Ruslan Balbec.
