In Ukraine are preparing a petition for the measure Poroshenko

Investigators of the state Bureau of investigation of Ukraine is preparing a petition for application of a preventive measure to the former President of the country Petro Poroshenko, said on Wednesday reporters the Head of the second Department of the state Bureau of investigation Vadim Primacom.

Earlier, the state Bureau of investigation has reported that Poroshenko officially became a suspect in one of criminal cases. He is suspected "in the provision of obviously illegal order, the head of the foreign intelligence service, prompting the latter to excess of office powers".

"Investigators solve the issue of applying the preventive measure for the suspect. A petition will be filed in the Pechersk district court of Kiev", - said Primack.

He noted that Poroshenko and his defenders refused to receive the notice, it is recorded on video.

In July 2018, Sergei Semochko, who held the position of chief of the Kiev Department of the SBU, was appointed Poroshenko, first Deputy head of the foreign intelligence Service.
