Rosturizm prepares the draft potential of the Russian cuisine

Rosturizm prepares with foreign partners in a major project whose purpose is unlocking the potential of modern Russian cuisine, announced the Minister of sarin doguzova.

"All the secrets I will not tell, its purpose is to disclose fully the gastronomic potential of the modern Russian cuisine. It is not only a traditional borscht, but also fusion cuisine, modern breaking of the traditional Russian recipes," said doguzova in session VI of the Eastern economic forum on the theme "Gastronomic tourism as a driver of development of the Far East" online.

According to her, the kitchen in many Russian regions is the identity of its brand.

"We will support restaurateurs. A separate marketing program is prepared," she added.

Doguzova appealed to the head of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako with the request "to breathe life tourism" in the region since July 1, when it is expected that in Russia kicks off the holiday season.

She also noted that this year the focus in Russia will be placed on domestic tourism. "We don't see a specific date for the launch of international tourism. Now is the time for us to relax in our country", — said the head of the Federal tourism Agency.
