In July and August there will be sharp bursts of hot weather that is now observed in Moscow, said a leading specialist center "Phobos" Eugene Tiscover.
"July, August, and long-term forecasts alarms do not bring: enough good, positive Outlook, without explicit parameters for extreme cold or precipitation," he said to TV channel "Moscow 24".
According to him, from mid-June weather in the capital will stay within the normal: up to 10-15 degrees at night and 20-25 during the day.
In addition, the second half of the summer there is a risk of thermal wells and a significant cold snap, said the weather forecaster. However, in this case, you cannot rely on long-term prognosis, said Tiscover.
The weatherman said that this weekend in Moscow will be cold to 20 degrees above zero and in the beginning of next week the figures will return to normal.
"After that there will be some stabilization," – said the forecaster.
