Ryabkov said the lack of a positive agenda in relations between Russia and the United States
In the relations of Russia and the United States is not a positive agenda, said Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
"Our relationship lost trust and confidence in each other. It is very sad that the majority of the decision makers in Washington consider contemporary Russia a source of problems and see Russia as a toxic player in international relations," Ryabkov said during an online discussion devoted to Russian-American relations organized by the Council on foreign relations.
"We are in a relationship at the moment, no positive agenda, so I think that after several rounds of UPS and downs, we reached a mutual disappointment," Ryabkov said.
The Deputy Minister stressed that the sanctions were for US the main method of implementing foreign policy.
