Poland may soon open its borders

Poland is likely to open their borders closed because of the pandemic of coronavirus, said the Minister of health of Poland Lukasz Shumovsky, the radio station RMF FM.

In March this year in connection with the spread of the coronavirus, the government of Poland has decided to close its external borders. This decision was prolonged several times and is valid until June 14.

"Today, this topic will be discussed at the meeting of the Council of Ministers. We tries to restore traffic across the border. "At the same time, we now see that the prevalence is approaching a similar level among the European countries. So, I think that soon we will have open borders," he said.

According to Ministry of health, Poland the total number of detected cases of coronavirus in Poland exceeded 27 thousand, 1166 people died.
