Russians will be able to include in the e-workbook experience by 2020
Russians will be able to apply to the Pension Fund of Russia to include in the electronic work book the data on the period until 2020, according to a draft law published on the portal regulation.gov.ru.
Under the bill, workers have the right to choose the form of reference, employment record and submit to the employer a written statement on the continuation of its conduct by the employer or on the provision of information about employment.
"This statement is also passed to the FIU as part of information on labor activities. The employee who filed the written statement, the employer shall issue the work book on his hands and is relieved from liability for its maintenance and storage," reads the note.
It is noted that at the conclusion of the employment contract coming to work makes the employer information on employment and work records or instead of it. The employee who chose the electronic format of the work book, bound in employment or the place of the requirement to present simultaneously and employment history, and information about employment.
From January 1, entered into force the law on the introduction of electronic work record cards in Russia.
