Belarusian blogger Sergei Tikhanovski, who wanted to run for President, charged with, reported not registered by the authorities of Belarus human rights center "Spring".

"Svetlana Tikhanovski (husband of the blogger – ed.) told human rights activists "Spring" that Sergei Tikhanovski was charged, but for some paper, his wife said. Left him in custody", - is spoken in the message on the center's website.

According to the center, similar information was received from relatives of other detainees Tikhanovski. So, the bride of his colleague Virgil's Uşak said that he was accused of organizing group actions that breach public order and interfaced to obvious disobedience to legal requirements of representatives of the authorities or caused the disruption of transport, enterprises, institutions or organizations, or active participation in such actions in the absence of signs more grave crime. In this article, the offender faces a fine, arrest, restriction of freedom till three years or imprisonment for the same term.
