Datsik has received year of prison on charges of illegal border crossing
Infamous nationalist Vyacheslav Datsik was sentenced to imprisonment for one year in a penal colony on charges of illegal crossing of the border with Estonia, the press service of ships of the Leningrad region.
"Slantsevsky municipal court Datsik was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of one year with punishment serving in a corrective colony of strict regime", - stated in the message a press-services of the courts. The same verdict the second defendant in the case, Dmitry Vaccine, with whom the border guards detained the Datsik, known under the nickname "Red Tarzan".
The court found that on December 21, 2019 men illegally crossed the border of the Russian Federation in the Slantsy district of the Leningrad region along the river Narva on the border Outpost in the village of Kukin Shore. They found Estonian border guards and handed over to Russian colleagues. According to the family of Datsik, a nationalist, was accompanied by his friend who wanted to visit Estonia by boat.
Now, as told RIA Novosti the mother of Svetlana Datsik, they plan to petition for parole, as well as to appeal the verdict.
The notorious nationalist and MMA fighter Vyacheslav Datsik was released in February 2019 in connection with the expiration of the limitation period in the case of the so-called "naked March of the prostitutes" when employees and clients of a brothel in St. Petersburg forced naked walk down the street.
This is not the first time for Datsik: in March 2016, he was released from prison in Krasnoyarsk, where he was serving a five-year term for assault on the Petersburg salon of cellular communication. In 2007 for the robbery he was assigned a treatment in a mental hospital from which he escaped in 2010 and is found at the immigration office Oslo with the intention to apply for asylum in Norway. When it was the gun he surrendered to the police.
At the end of December 2010 a Norwegian court sentenced Datsik to eight months in prison for illegal possession of weapons, in March 2011, he was deported back to Russia and arrested. At this time, psychiatric expertise found him completely sane. In may 2017, while under arrest on a new case, Datsik tried to escape from the courthouse, but in vain.
