Putin awarded a number of diplomats rank of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which a number of Russian diplomats has diplomatic rank of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, reported on the official portal of legal information.

"To assign the diplomatic rank of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Azizov Iskander kuburovic the extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Mongolii...Guskov Andrei Anatolyevich Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cuba...Grandfather, Vladimir Petrovich, Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Yemen", - stated in the decree of the Russian President on 8 June.

Putin has also given the rank of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Bangladesh Alexander Ignatov, Ambassador to the UAE Serhiy Kuznetsov and Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Yuri Matter.

The decree also assigned the rank of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of first and second class the number of other representatives of the Russian Federation abroad.
