Bailiffs have sought a judicial fine of 2 million rubles a resident of the city of Belovo of the Kemerovo region for bribery to the employee of FSB, informs a press-service UFSSP across the Kemerovo region.

The Belovsky city court recognised the citizen guilty of a crime under part 3 of article 291 of the criminal code of Russian Federation ("bribery") and has appointed punishment in the form of two years of imprisonment in a penal colony with a fine in the amount of 2 million rubles. The court also decided to maintain the arrest imposed in the course of the preliminary investigation at 2 million rubles, to the execution of the sentence regarding the penalty.
It is noted that the debtor's criminal fines in a period for voluntary execution is not paid.
