Deripaska's lawyers urged to reject the request of the U.S. Treasury in the case of the sanctions
Lawyers of Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska asked the Washington court to reject the petition of the U.S. Department of Treasury to dismiss and rapidly to consider the claim of a billionaire on "evidence Memorandum" on the basis of which it was included in the sanctions list, the documents in the court database, Court Listener.
The lawsuit filed in mid-April, in which Deripaska demanded to give him the full version of "evidence Memorandum" on the basis of which it was included in the sanctions list.
