Lukashevich praised the work of the SMM OSCE in the Donbass

Tensions around the work of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE in Ukraine may affect its ability to realistic analysis said on Thursday Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.
