Russian airline "UTair" (Utair) has started to give passengers vouchers in case of flight cancellations or involuntary ticket refund, according to the press service of the company.

In addition to each voucher, the airline will charge 10% of the price of the ticket with miles.

"And the voucher and the bonus will be credited to the account of the passenger for one minute and a few mouse clicks. Passengers do not need to go to the cashier or wait for the response of the contact center. You just need to enter your personal account on the website utair.ru to find your ticket orders and receive a voucher with bonuses — one touch of a button," explains the company.

A voucher equal to the full cost of the ticket together with fuel charges and additional services of the airline. The voucher will be valid for the purchase of the ticket for any direction of the route network "UTair" to the end of 2021. You can use it immediately. For this you need to select the voucher as means of payment when purchasing tickets on the website.
