The foreign Ministers of Russia and Egypt, Sergei Lavrov and Sameh shoukry Wednesday during a telephone conversation stressed the need for the cessation of hostilities in Libya and the resumption of meaningful negotiations between the warring parties, said the Russian depodesta.
