In the party Poroshenko demanding the resignation of the government of Ukraine
The party of "European solidarity" the former President of Petro Poroshenko in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine demands the government's resignation of Denis Smagala in the absence of economic and social policies, said the co-Chairman of the faction, MP Irina Gerashchenko.
Happy March 4, appointed a new Prime Minister and renewed composition of the government. The Parliament approved the resignation of Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk. His place was taken by former Vice Prime Minister for development of communities and territories Smigel. A number of factions in the Parliament criticized the work of the Cabinet of Smugala, noting that the government does not efficiently fight the epidemic of the coronavirus and is not taking measures to prevent the "looming" economic crisis.
"Our political force insists that the government (the President - ed.) Zelensky should resign. We are definitely against the Minister of defense, which discourages military, we do object to Ministers of Economics and social policy, names which do not even know Zelensky, because in this country there is now no economy, no social policy... We demand from the leadership of Parliament to provide us with petitions to collect 150 signatures for the resignation of the government Zelensky, who has no program, strategy, not ideology, of the Cabinet, which failed economy and a failed medicine," said Gerashchenko, speaking in Parliament on Wednesday.
Earlier the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that the composition of the Cabinet will change as long as the government will not be perfect. According to Ukrainian law, the President submits to Parliament a new candidate for the Prime Minister, for the approval of enough 226 voices. The composition of the new Cabinet to the Parliament proposes a new Prime Minister. Candidates for the post of Ministers of foreign Affairs and defence proposed by the President.
On the eve of the Deputy head of the Pro-presidential faction "servant of the people" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Yevheniya Kravchuk declared that considers inexpedient the resignation of the government of Denis Smagala, possible change of individual Ministers.
