The Deputy proposed to reset for the travel industry rent beaches

State Duma Deputy from the Krasnodar territory Natalia Kostenko ("United Russia") sent a letter to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin with the proposal to introduce a zero rate of payment under the contracts of water use to support enterprises that organize the work of the beaches.

As stated Kostenko RIA Novosti, because of the restrictions on the background of the coronavirus, the possibility of resumption of work of enterprises engaged in services for the organization of a beach holiday, with continuing proliferation risks COVID-19 is quite low.

At the same time, according to Kostenko, the law does not provide grounds for deferral or exemption of economic entities from payment of the prescribed permits. The Deputy noted that users pay for simple your business, without getting any benefits. This problem is particularly acute in the Krasnodar and Primorsky territories, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, Kaliningrad region, said Kostenko.

"The deferment or the application of the zero rate of payment under the contracts of water use would contribute to the development of domestic tourism in the future and would prevent the closure of enterprises that organize the functioning of the beach areas. We also asked the Prime Minister to study this issue in a tight relationship with the regions and municipalities, since in some cases the beaches are at their property," - said Kostenko.
