China's foreign Ministry commented on the US threats to impose sanctions against Hong Kong

US threats to impose restrictive measures in respect of Hong Kong in connection with the national security bill as outside interference in China's internal Affairs and undermine China-us trade relations, said Monday the official representative of the Chinese foreign Ministry Zhao Lijiang.

Earlier, U.S. President Donald trump said that Washington intends to review relations with Hong Kong, including-provided autonomy concessions, and threatened to impose sanctions on officials of China and Hong Kong, which, in their opinion, undermine the autonomy of Hong Kong.

He added that Hong Kong is part of China and all its issues are purely an internal matter of China.
