Trump has promised to stop the "mob violence"
The US President Donald trump has promised to stop the riots.
"We cannot allow and will not allow a small group of criminals and vandals to destroy our city," said trump, speaking in Florida.
According to him, the violence "has nothing to do with justice and peace", run by "anti-fascists and other radical left-wing groups".
"We will support the memory of George Floyd and all law-abiding citizens," trump promised.
He added that he had asked the justice Ministry to expedite the investigation into the death of Floyd at the hands of the police.
