Ex-MP spoke about the new data in the case of Biden
New data on the case of former Vice-President of the United States Joe Biden to Ukraine will be published in the US in September, they point to the direct intervention of Americans in the work of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers during the reign of Peter Poroshenko and financing through Ukraine election campaign of the candidate in presidents from Democratic party Hillary Clinton, said RIA Novosti former member of Parliament, involved in the "gas business" Alexander Onishchenko, who in 2015 was a Trustee of the Ukrainian ex-leader.
Democrats in the U.S. previously organized the impeachment process against President Donald trump, suspecting him that he has delayed military assistance to Ukraine and demanded the exchange to conduct an investigation against his political opponent Biden and his son hunter. Trump said that demanded from the authorities of Ukraine only the fight against corruption.
Biden's son has served on the Board of Directors of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, and trump thought that Biden Sr. succeeded in stopping the investigation against the company and dismissal of the then Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin. Guide Burisma was suspected of money laundering, tax evasion and illegally obtaining license for extraction of mineral resources. The U.S. Senate acquitted trump on both counts - abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Thus, the process of impeachment failed, trump remained in the office.
In late may, independent MP Andriy Derkach released recording allegedly of a telephone conversation Poroshenko and Biden, who, according to him, evidence of international corruption and treason of the former President. One of the conversations concerned Shokin fired from the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine allegedly at the request of Biden. In exchange, he allegedly promised Poroshenko to provide Ukraine with $ 1 billion. In addition, records have discussed the alleged presence of the coalition in Parliament, the resignation of the government of ex-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and approval by Parliament of the government of ex-Premier Vladimir Groisman.
Poroshenko said earlier that the recording of his alleged conversation with the former Vice-President of the USA Joseph Biden fabricated. The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky believes that the records must respond to the Prosecutor's office, in his opinion, this case can be qualified as treason.
"This (record Derkach - ed.) came from me. This is a record that I wanted to present at a press conference in the United States. Then I was arrested. During his imprisonment (in Germany - ed.) I made the decision to transfer records to the Deputy Derkach, so he could present them at a press conference... I gave it to him through my Ukrainian lawyer" - said Onishchenko, adding that there are "more" entries, and "the trump uses them on in September," elections in the United States.
"They (the administration trump - ed.) also received a lot of financial documents on a variety of financial transfers from America and Europe to Ukraine. The money was laundered through a private company Poroshenko. And, on the contrary, the money is returned from Ukraine to the United States, where they were used for election campaign (candidate for President from the democratic party, Hillary - ed) Clinton. It passed through the son of Biden and Burisma. When Shokin then began an investigation into Burisma, he was replaced. The case was closed when the new Prosecutor", - said Onishchenko.
"It was an added bonus (Amer. Payback - ed.) of financial assistance to Ukraine of Americans at the time. It was very well heard (on one of the films released by Derkach - ed.) when Biden threatened to not pay a billion dollars if the attorney General Shokin will not be dismissed... I already had all the evidence in this case. I was the right hand of Poroshenko in the next two years, I knew about all his conversations, knew what he was doing. I did a lot of things to monitor, along with special services," he added.
German court refused earlier Ukraine to extradite the former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, the defendant in the "gas business" Alexander Onishchenko, ex-MP released, I told myself Onishchenko in comments to the Ukrainian edition of "Country". In the January edition Liga.net citing a source in the Prosecutor General's office of Ukraine reported that Onishchenko detained in Germany. Previously, the newspaper also reported that the former MP should return to Ukraine on 13 December under the voluntary extradition. Later anti-corruption Prosecutor's office of Ukraine confirmed the information about detention Onishchenko in Germany. Against Onishchenko Ukraine initiated several cases, including under article "plunder of the state property in especially large sizes". According to militiamen, from January 2013 to January 2016 employees of several companies, including the company "Ukrgazvydobuvannya", with the assistance Onishchenko has received public funds by selling gas domestic production at a lower price. These actions caused damage to the state amounting to about 120.5 million dollars. Later Rada has consented to the involvement of Onishchenko to criminal prosecution, his detention and arrest, but he left Ukraine. The Deputy is also suspected of treason and "the preparation of destabilizing the situation" in Ukraine.
