The DNR has accused Ukraine of its intention to disrupt the implementation of the Minsk agreements
Kiev is trying to disrupt the implementation of the Minsk agreements and withdraw from them, said Friday the envoy of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic in the contact group, foreign Minister DND Natalia Nikonorova.

"The statement of the Deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation in Minsk very eloquently undisguised desire of Kiev in all possible ways to avoid fulfilling its commitments under the Minsk agreements. In this context, urge the international community, especially the mediators of the negotiation process, to pay attention and to give a formal characterization of extremely provocative statements of the official representative of Ukraine in Minsk," - said in a statement Nikanorovoj, the press service of the foreign Ministry DND.

In her opinion, the objective of the updated delegation of Kiev on the negotiations on the Donbass consisted in the preparation of Kyiv's withdrawal from the Minsk agreements. "If Ukraine decides to withdraw from the Minsk process, such a move could have unpredictable consequences. Officially declare that in this case all the blame will fall entirely on the leadership of Ukraine", - said the February.
Relations between Russia and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine and around the Crimea, which reunited with Russia after a referendum on the Peninsula. The West is accusing Russia of meddling, have imposed sanctions, Moscow responded, took a course on import substitution and has repeatedly said that talking with her in language of sanctions counterproductive. Russia has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to the conflict in Ukraine and the subject of the Minsk agreements on the settlement. Lately in the EU clearly there are opinions on necessity of cancellation of sanctions against Russia.
The Ukrainian authorities in April 2014 began a military operation against the breakaway LC and the DNI, which declared independence after a coup in Ukraine in February 2014. According to the latest UN victims of the conflict were about 13 thousand people.
