The number of confirmed cases of infection with coronavirus in Indonesia has exceeded 100 thousand, according to the Ministry of health of the country.

However, the coronavirus pandemic has complicated the situation with the organization of international events.
The government of Indonesia hopes to acquire a vaccine against COVID-19 produced in Russia, reported RIA Novosti, the country's Ambassador to Russia Mohamad Wahid Supriadi.
"I heard from the media that maybe by August or September, Russia will succeed in creating a vaccine. Of course, we really need this vaccine, because the number (of cases COVID-19) is still growing," the Ambassador said.

Indonesian officials examine the proposal of the state Corporation "Rosatom" on construction of the first nuclear power plant in Indonesia, told RIA Novosti Ambassador to Russia Mohamad Wahid Supriadi.
According to the Ambassador, as potential sites for nuclear power plants was proposed in the Indonesian province of West Kalimantan on the island of Borneo (Kalimantan).
