The Tver court on Wednesday fined on 15 thousand roubles editor-in-chief the Internet-editions "the Media" Sergey Smirnova for a picket in support of the journalist "the New newspaper" and municipal Deputy district of Khamovniki Ilya Azar, said RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the court Olga Bondareva.
Against Smirnov was drawn up under part 5 of article 20.2 of the administrative offences code on violation of the established order of picketing, in which he faces up to 20 thousand rubles fine or compulsory work.
Dorogomilovsky court of Moscow for a month has prolonged the arrest of the founder of a public "Ombudsman police" Vladimir Vorontsov on the case of extortion of 300 thousand rubles, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.
"The court held: the petition of the investigation to meet Vorontsov extend the measure of restraint in form of detention for one month, until August 6, 2020", - announced the decision of the judge of Galina Malanina.
The investigation asked the Dorogomilovsky court of Moscow to extend the detention of the founder of a public "Ombudsman police" Vladimir Vorontsov on the case of extortion of 300 thousand rubles, told RIA Novosti in court on Monday.
According to the police of Moscow, Vorontsov in October 2017 extorted 300 thousand rubles from the former Metropolitan police officer, threatening to publish intimate photos. In the end, as the police said, damaging the images were published online, in particular, on the public Vorontsov.
The Moscow city court on Wednesday will consider the complaint of protection to arrest of the administrator of a public "Ombudsman police" Igor Khudyakov, who is accused of distributing pornography, reported RIA Novosti his lawyer Maxim Pashkov.
"The complaint is scheduled for June 17 at 15.05", - said the Agency interlocutor.
