President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree approved the draft Protocol on amendments to the agreement with Russia on granting a loan for the construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant as a basis for negotiations, says the document published Saturday on the National legal Internet portal.
"To approve the draft Protocol on amendments to agreement between the government of the Republic of Belarus and the government of the Russian Federation about provision to the government of the Republic of Belarus state export credit for the construction of a nuclear power plant on the territory of the Republic of Belarus of 25 November 2011 as the basis for negotiations", - stated in the decree. The draft Protocol will not be published.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic to pay special attention to the safe operation of the Belarusian NPP, the first unit which is ready to run.
