The Russian authorities are going to exclude from the comprehensive plan backbone infrastructure (KMI) port projects, which investors repeatedly violated the terms of input or confirm the announced investments, the newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to the Protocol of the state Commission on transport under the chairmanship of first Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov from July 21.
In late July, Belousov instructed the transport Ministry to finalise the mechanism of interaction between the state and investors to encourage investment in the port industry.
The trial of the former Governor of Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala should be open so people could see the evidence of his guilt or innocence, said acting head of the region Mikhail Degtyarev at the meeting with residents of the Vanino district. Vanino district court of Khabarovsk Krai under the claim of the Prosecutor ordered the "Port Vanino" which is engaged in coal operations, carry out measurements of the maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of coal dust in the air and to enable monitoring for several other substances, reports the far Eastern transport Prosecutor's office.
It is noted that the basis for the appeal by the Prosecutor to the court was the results of verification of compliance with the stevedore of the legislation on sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the population in coal. It is established that "Port Vanino" not fully implemented the production control. Thus, the company has not conducted studies of atmospheric air on the contents of dust of coal and a number of harmful substances from production activities.
