The Lithuanian government decided on August 1 to return to the regime of compulsory wearing of masks because of the deterioration of the situation with the coronavirus in the country, reports Sputnik Lithuania.
According to the Agency, the issue was raised at the government meeting the Minister of justice Elvincom Jankevicius. This week, he replaces the head of the Ministry of health of Aurelius Verigo.
Poland supported Lithuania in her claim to the nuclear power plant in Belarus, said Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, meeting Friday with his Lithuanian counterpart Saulus Skordalia on the border of the two countries.
"We not only understand the concerns of Lithuania concerning power plant in Ostrovets, but also support Lithuania in all possible European forums," said Morawiecki.
